HappyScribe is fantastic
HappyScribe is fantastic. Very happy and surprised with the quality of the transcriptions and subtitles. Many times better than Youtube. It is not completely without errors, but very good quality. I would have loved to give a 5-star rating, but I think they could work on a better respond time for their help desk.

It is esasy to use
It is esasy to use, and It´s usefull app. For my videos it´s important the subtitle, and with this app I complete the necesity.

Easy to Use, AI Does a Good Job
I am creating videos for a course and I've been uploading them to Happy Scribe to transcribe for Closed Captioning. The AI service does a great job in really quickly to get a good script for me to review. I love that it highlights in different colors what I should review and edit. I honestly don't know what I would do without this tool - actually, I do--I'd be paying premium rates for one off transcriptions. Thank you, Happy Scribe. This company is a scam
This company is a scam. When you apply for a job they say they offer, they ask you to transcribe a free video and when you put your time and effort into it, they say you don't fit their profile. I know a couple of friends who had the same problem with them. I have been working in this business for over 3 years and wanted to see if they are really a scam and surprise surprise: they sent me an email saying I did not meet their needs.
