HackerRank pros and cons
The large and engaged developer base makes it easier for companies to reach and assess a global pool of skilled candidates.
The platform offers a broad library of assessments tailored to various technical roles, improving hiring relevance and reducing generic testing.
Features like plagiarism detection and monitored take-home assessments enhance the credibility of results.
Real-time pair programming via HackerRank Interview enables deeper insights into a candidate’s technical thinking and collaboration skills.
Recruiters without a programming background may find it harder to navigate the platform or interpret test results effectively.
The platform largely focuses on hard coding skills and lacks modules for behavioral or personality assessments.

What do you like best? The most helpful thing about the HackerRank is that it provides all the proper contents related to the topic, and the environment itself is very interactive. Its very easy to navigate throughout the whole website, the certificate examination for the skills is one of the most appealing feature according to me, it allowed me to see my weaknesses in coding logic and improve over it.
