Easy software to use with amazing customer service
What do you like best? Ease of use. Type in hours, etc. and it calculates everything for you and files reports with respective taxing authorities. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. Whenever I can't find what I need I contact their support and get my questions answered immediately. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good product easy to use, fair price.
What do you like best? Easy to use, fair price, and big time saver. Gusto brings payroll into the modern age. What do you dislike? We canceled well in advance of the trial ending but Gusto is still trying to bill us for 150.00. After a few emails Gusto did fix the issue but this is never fun to deal with. Recommendations to others considering the product Be careful of "free trial" What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll.

Poor customer service and deceptive practices
What do you like best? I liked that they took care of everything that came to payroll such as all the fillings. What do you dislike? they did not file one quarter but once i contacted them about it they took care of it. The biggest issue is they lied and were very deceptive about their referral program and did not pay me for my referrals. Now my referrals and myself have left since this is how they do business. Saves me WAY more in Fines than I pay them
What do you like best? Gusto makes sure that all is well with Uncle Sam. When I get busy 'Tedious admin busywork' gets pushed onto the back burner. Left to my own devices I'd be getting fines and penalties every quarter for failure to file. Also, they are the best at customer service, although the app is so stable that I've really not called them in months. What do you dislike? Well the biggest drawback is that it's not free. Get paid with Gusto
What do you like best? I have not personally used the chat option yet but I do find comfort in knowing that if I have an issue, I can count on them any day, any time. I like that when you log in, it tells you the last time you were paid and when you are scheduled to be paid again. What do you dislike? There is nothing I can say that I dislike about Gusto! Gusto made an error on my dental insurance
What do you like best? I'm sharing my negative experience. Read others for the positive experience. What do you dislike? The way Gusto works, employees fill out a form on Gusto's web site and elect their benefits (health, dental, etc.. My company offers only one dental insurance option, a PPO. I selected the PPO option during the open enrollment period and Gusto sent me a confirmation email showing that I had selected the PPO. However, when Gusto submitted the forms to the ...

I’d give 11 stars if possible. Really.
What do you like best? We use Gusto for payroll & related tax reporting. Gusto is the rare SAS that explicitly states it will take responsibility if it ever makes a mistake. They have not eff’d up in 3+ years. Live, USA-based customer service is always accessible, accurate & responsive, even at tax time. My accountant & bookkeeper also love Gusto. Top-Notch Customer Service
What do you like best? Gusto customer service is by far the best for any HRIS I've used. My questions are usually answered same day. Rarely do I have to wait more than 24 hours for an issue to be handled. I especially appreciate the benefits administration pages. I found open enrollment to be extremely easy to administer. Most of all though, the fact that I can call Gusto and speak to someone in benefits or payroll immediately is the biggest draw for me. I also appreciate that Gusto has ...
