What do you like best? Gusto's customer support is, by far, the best of any of the software/service providers our company uses. They are responsive, attentive, and caring. What do you like best? Whether you have hourly, salaried, part-time, or independent contractors on your team, gusto makes payroll as easy as I've seen from any provider. Our team has a blend of all, we're 12 people and growing, and I never have to spend more than 10 minutes a month on payroll and everything is accurate. Incredible value for the money. Gusto Payroll software makes tasks more complicated, simple and personal.

What do you like best? Personally, what I like most about Gusto Payroll software is that it is hosted on the cloud and does not require any special software to install or maintain. I can access my company's payroll system from any web browser. In addition, the Gusto Payroll software platform is compatible with mobile devices and I can access it from any smartphone or tablet. Stay away!

Stay away!! Gusto went from being slow in responses to now taking days and days to respond to simply inquiries. You can never speak to anyone over the phone other than sales. There is NO customer service, they doubled their prices. We are getting out ASAP, Gusto is terrible!!!!

What do you like best? Easy to use. Clear and concise interface. The payroll was easy, automated and simple to manage for situations such as overtime, free time and payments of unique bonuses. Pretty, easy payroll

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to set up, invite new employees, and set up direct deposit. Running payroll takes less than a minute, it's amazing. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike. I guess it could always be cheaper, haha. But the price is right on with what I've always paid so I can't expect any less. I recommend Gusto to every business owner I meet

What do you like best? Everything!! Great customer service, user friendly website, great help resources, inexpensive... What do you dislike? Won't say this is a complaint but you do have to be patient to get someone from customer service on the phone. But if you plan a head, it isn't a problem. What do you like best? Seamless integration with QuickBooks Online, fast and knowledgeable response of support staff, ease of use, and reliability make this the best payroll software I've ever used.
