What do you like best about Guideline? The thought of offering 401K was worrisome as we didn't know the in's and out's of what it entailed. Who would track this? Can we afford to outsource? Are there hidden fees? And, are our employees protected?

"Awesome for small companies. It's time to get off the fence."
What do you like best about Guideline? Easy to use and great integration with other tools like quickbooks and gusto. Also, the cost is relatively low so it make it an easy and obvious choice. I'm also very happy that the default options are low cost EFT's and not high cost options that some over providers steer you towards. I know that low cost options are the best way to build long term wealth so without these I would not be able to recommend Guideline.

"Easy set up and simple to use"
What do you like best about Guideline? Investing options are based on your risk tolerance after answering a few questions. Simple and easy to use. The reports are straight forward and easy to understand. Being able to offer profit sharing to my employees in addition to a company match. The ability to change the company match percentage by raising or lowering it depending on how business cash flow is performing.

"Very user friendly"
What do you like best about Guideline? Their onboarding team made it easy to transfer from another company. The website is easy to navigate and understand. I am emailed notices of all withdrawals, reminded of all tax obligations - they make it pretty easy. Also, I can get someone on the phone very quickly if I ever need someone.
