What do you like best about Guideline? As a small business owner, I wasn't sure if we could afford a 401k program for our employees, especially given the importance of matching. I am happy to report that we have grown along with our commitment to Guideline.

What do you like best about Guideline? Before using Guideline, I'd never managed (or even held!) a 401k plan, so setting that up for our team seemed confusing at first - until I found Guideline! They make the entire process incredibly seamless, and offer great customer support. I didn't feel like I was alone in the process, and between Guideline's software and team, I was able to set our company up with a 401k offering.

What do you like best about Guideline? The fees are very low for the company and employees for a 401k. It's very easy to select investments as an employee with the guided questionnaire during onboarding. All of the compliance is handled as part of the plan.
