"Easy company to work with"
What do you like best about Guideline? The Guideline portal is extremely easy to use. It syncs well with Gusto (our HR platform). In addition the variety of investment plans is robust.

What do you like best about Guideline? Guideline is almost completely hands-off. I spend only an hour or so annually on reviewing regulatory documents that Guideline prepares. Essentially, I can focus on running my business, and Guideline focuses on running our 401k benefits plan.

"Easy set up. Clear dashboard."
What do you like best about Guideline? I was new to adding retirement benefits for my small practice, and Guideline made it super straightforward and easy. Setting up with a safe harbor 401(K) was the perfect plan for my business size. I also have Guideline linked with my payroll service, Gusto, making it even easier to incorporate into my benefit offerings.

What do you like best about Guideline? When we transferred in they handled rolling over from our old account very smoothly. They communicate reliably. We use Rippling and they tie in very well there which is also a huge plus for us.
