What do you like best about Guideline? The ease of their website, I can find all of the reports and info I need easily. If I need to contact them, I have had no issues with them, and they are very nice to work with.

What do you like best about Guideline? Guideline has user Friendly on the HR and employee side. One of my favorite things about Guidline is I do not have to remember every date an employee becomes eligable, there system automatically send the employees emails when it is time to enroll. Guideline is easy to intergrate with our payroll service, there customer service is quick to respond, and understands time management.

"So easy to use and reasonably priced"
What do you like best about Guideline? Compared to other 401k administrators, Guideline made it so user-friendly and easy to get set up, comply, and invest. Customer support is excellent and timely. Our payroll runs every two weeks, and Guideline automatically works with Gusto.
