Some dishonest accounting methods are…

Some dishonest accounting methods are used; for example rounding up every commission to the next dollar. You also have to be very careful that they don't count 0-payout cancellations as revenue... The platform in itself is good and has plenty of functionality and automation tools. HOWEVER, the booking website is not great, the HTML snippet to integrate the booking window on your on own site is terrible, and the owners portal leaves much to be desired.

Great tool to professionally manage your property/hotel

Guesty is a great tool to manage your properties and all related tasks and administration that comes along with it. In special I would like to mention they have a great support department which will help you in any way possible.
