Easy to set up BI tool for non technical people
What do you like best? It's super easy to connect to data sources and create charts. Thus makes it easy to use for people like me who are not analysts What do you dislike? The refreshing of data can often be an issue and the metric building interface can be sluggish What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use its to tracks sales metrics for our music festivals, client revenue performance, and standard financial data

A great start to a BI dashboard
What do you like best? There are a lot of integrations. I really like the new UX, it's a great update What do you dislike? There are very few dental industry integrations like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and OpenDental. Also need to move to the time-based dashboard instead of per metric! Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that you have a clear PIC to run the dashboard and make updates as needed. Sometimes the integrations break down and need reparing. So far, so good. We love grow!
What do you like best? Grow's platform is super easy to navigate. There must have been a lot of forethought with their dashboard. The implementation process was super simple and GROW has stayed by our side to help and make sure we get the metrics we are looking for. What do you dislike? So far there is nothing to dislike. Great Design + Usability
What do you like best? Grow did a great job of building a product that has the right combination of technological depth and practicality. Awful accounting department and account management
What do you like best? easy of use only. There really is not more for me to say since we depended heavily on their professional services which was not a good fit for us. What do you dislike? the account management and especially the accounting department are very hard to work with, delayed answer and broken communication with us, as clients. Great for an owner
What do you like best? It's easy to pull the most important information and make it visible to a manager or owner. Quick visuals give a high level view of performance and makes it that much easier to make smarter business decisions. What do you dislike? The newest report creator is more difficult to use. Bad for Agencies with multiple clients & reports - Poor Training & Not Easily Customizable Reports
What do you like best? The "ready to use" widgets are easy to pull into reports. What do you dislike? Initially the platform seemed great with the "already built" widgets to use to make it easy to create reports for clients. Amazing Dashboard For My Company
What do you like best? I love that Grow aggregates data from all of my platforms and puts them in one dashboard for me to see. I would spend at least 90 minutes a day logging in to 6-7 platforms to see data. Accounting software, Google Analytics, CRM, social media, etc. This gives it to me in one dashboard and I can share certain modules with those needing the data.
