Love the tool, hate the customer service

What do you like best? I like that we can pull from multiple platforms and present the reporting in a "pretty" and digestible way. What do you dislike? No phone support. What do you like best? I love that it auto populates and once a metric is setup I never have to touch it again and I get all the insights of our business at a glance. What do you dislike? As someone who lives in spreadsheets, there are some funcationality that is easy to do in a spreadsheet that I find cumbersome to sort out in the setup of different metrics and data sets. Grow is a great tool!

What do you like best? It's very simple and not overly expensive like most of the other guys. I quickly run data and even just export it sometimes, it's just soo much faster than going to other places. What do you dislike? It could use some more customizations on the charts and dashboards but it's not a deal breaker. I also don't like that the reports are sent via PDF and you can't customize the PDF. What do you like best? It's so easy to use and get started with capabilities to visualize advanced data.
