What do you like best? Creating specific Flows is incredible to help you target different customers and regions, add multiple contacts from Salesforce reports, or manually enter leads! What do you like best? The experience of mine with Groove, from the very first set up to implementation, was extremely gratifying. The Groove staff provided useful help and assistance in white gloves. All my questions had been resolved really well. What do you like best? Groove has helped me save time on a busy schedule. The email templates are easy to set up and send to clients. Many of my clients will also book a meeting with me directly through the email with Groove’s scheduler. I have also used Groove Flows for email blast for our department emails. Helpful and Pretty Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like the Groove automatically logs my client emails into Salesforce. I also like that Groove gives me notifications when a client has opened my email sent as it let's me know it was received and that I can (hopefully) expect a reply shortly. What do you dislike? As much as love the notifications of clients opening my email, it does it each time the email is opened up, even if it's a dozen times. It gets a bit distracting. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? Easy accessibility to reports and contacts in SFDC. Email tracking and flows that can be automated. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Groove is a very cool plugin that changes the way you use your email. Calls log on straight to salesforce. You can also use the tasks.
