What do you like best? This's a great platform - I love you do your work based on process/sequence. Other platforms show just all upcoming things with no flow/sequences, which provides an extremely irregular day coverage. I truly like the location of the cut outs. What do you dislike? Pretty nice tool, particularly to monitor engagement. Need to learn more to get the full experience
What do you like best? The way you can monitor open rate is definitely the feature I use most What do you dislike? Managing flows can seem complicated but I think I just need to learn more about how to utilize them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Flows can save me time when sending mass emails - The visibility it provides is also huge

Efficient tool to contact clients in bulk and at the same time in a personalised way
What do you like best? Easy to use, my team quickly engaged with the tool, you can apply it for multiple activities during our Client Success Job. We are more efficient when contacting clients that are at the same stage of the funnel, we can just launch a flow for them, and follow up later. Great easy-to-use email tool for customer-facing teams
What do you like best? I love how user-friendly and easy it is to use. It's such an easy way to create on-the-fly campaigns that you can tailor via the SFDC integration. The gmail integration is also a huge help What do you dislike? What do you like best? I believe the Gmail and Salesforce integrations are the most beneficial features. Being able to track opens and clicks for particular emails, and using Groove dialer to call clients and prospects directly from Salesforce reports is a valuable workflow efficiency gain. Groove Makes Me More Efficient and Effective
What do you like best? I love that I can quickly and easily access email templates for things that I send frequently to clients (like training materials, info on integrations, onboarding emails, etc). It saves so much time to not have to type things out or search in my outgoing mailbox. Additionally, I like the ability to choose time slots for clients to book or the ability to let them book any time on my calendar. I can't imagine scheduling things without a tool like Groove any more. ...

Groove is the go-to software for tracking down leads and decision makers
What do you like best? I like Groove's ability to make organized flows: scripts for emails and cold call reminders for each individual account. I pride myself as an organized SDR, and I owe a lot of that to the fact that Groove keeps me on track with the best email automation I've had the opportunity of using. It excels at meeting fundamental needs, although has a few minor issues
What do you like best? I love the integration into SalesForce. Importing leads into flows, managing lead data, making dials and emails, and other fundamental functions are really easy to do and very intuitive. You should not go without an automation tool like Groove to work through lead lists. Groove does most of this fundamental automation work very well, and it allows our team to work quickly without manually having to manipulate lists. They also seem to be on top of making sure that ...

What do you like best? We would like analyzing group as well as specific emails & subscriber stacks based on message volume, discoveries, replies and clicks. This info is quite helpful for product sales, customer results, IM control and performance measurement.
