What do you like best about Greenhouse? Optionality and continuous addition of features. I like the AI/Intelligence tools, however they still need improvement. I find that I get better results when using tools outside of greenhouse rather than within. Pricing is always more than we want to spend, but I think in general it is fair. What do you like best? Greenhouse is not just an ATS-- it optimizes our Recruiting process. It allows (requires) us to define what "good" looks like at the start of each search by creating a Scorecard. Candidates travel through the interview process we design and are assessed based on that criteria. What do you like best? User experience, able to navigate the tool without much training. What do you dislike? None, probably the price could be more affordable but good ROI.
