What do you like best? Greenhouse is not just an ATS-- it optimizes our Recruiting process. It allows (requires) us to define what "good" looks like at the start of each search by creating a Scorecard. Candidates travel through the interview process we design and are assessed based on that criteria. Overall very happy with the support & the tool.
What do you like best? User experience, able to navigate the tool without much training. What do you dislike? None, probably the price could be more affordable but good ROI. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bringing the entire talent acquisition process and streamline the process with ease.

Best ATS to work with.
What do you like best? Learning how to use the platform is very intuitive; the ability to go more in depth is there should you choose it, but you can get your job done as a recruiting organization complete even without using every single customizable feature. What do you dislike? With new features being added so often, sometimes it's difficult to know where to look to constantly improve and add-on to existing processes and flows. Lacks Focus on the End User
What do you like best? There is not a single thing that greenhouse is the best at in terms of ATS competition. What do you dislike? The reporting for Greenhouse is non-existent and the reporting that does exist is highly inaccurate. Our recruiting team has to purchase a third party service to integrate into GH APIs in order to get accurate reporting. Greenhouse overall has allowed me to complete my scheduling/interviewing tasks
What do you like best? The overall system is easy to work with and new users find it easy to use as well. What do you dislike? Currently cannot "schedule" individual tests to go out, which has been an issue since we do not sent tests in bulk. Why can I schedule a rejection email, but not an email for an exercise/test/document submission? Any chance candidate's could stop getting the Greenhouse emails in their spam folders? A system clearly not designed by anyone who has ever recruited.
What do you like best? Easy to schedule Hiring Manager interviews. What do you dislike? Horrific reporting and candidate search capabilities. Unless you subscribe to the highest tier you are forced to use their baked in reporting which is nearly useless. Finding a candidate that previously applied or attaching a prospect to a position that isn't open is nearly impossible. The best ATS out there!
What do you like best? Greenhouse makes recruiting seamless. I've been a Greenhouse customer for over 5 years and I've never been unhappy. All of the Customer Success Managers I've had over the years have been extremely helpful and willing to answer any of my questions. Great experience with Greenhouse!
What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to implement and get new users up to speed. Greenhouse allows us to create a smooth hiring process, from posting an outward facing job description, creating interview kits, collecting team feedback through robust scorecards etc. Greenhouse helps to keep our team accountable while creating a great candidate experience. Greenhouse is seamless and easy to use!
What do you like best? I like the interview plan capabilities. It is so nice for the recruiters to be able to create the interview plan within the platform and not have to send interview requests. I also really like the customization of the offer fields and tokens. Greenhouse is a wonderful platform! Our Customer Success Manager, Alex, with GH is also phenomenal to work with.
