What do you like best? Greenhouse is configurable to the needs of your business - and the best part is that it can scale with you whether you're in high growth mode or slowing down. The reporting capability is solid and can be customized to business needs. A straightforward ATS with an advanced Harvest API well suited for a mid sized organization
What do you like best? Greenhouse has a very intuitive, self explanatory UI, a very good API, absolutely competent success manager & a reliable support team. Greenhouse has a very strong set of partners. Wherever Greenhouse is falling short with regards to functionalities you generally work with one of their partners and can integrate those partner tools via the API credential management. What do you like best? My Account Manager is super responsive and very helpful. I havent been the easiest person to work with and she does a great job of getting me the info I need. What do you dislike? 3 main thins. 1) mostly on the reporting side, it isnt as flexible as I would like, however they have recently announced some new reporting features and I havent had the time to dive into it yet. 2) creating reqs is a pain - I would like to see templates that could be easily ...

What do you like best? The ease of reviewing resumes and the flow of moving people from one step to the next. Greenhouse made recruitment process more efficient.
What do you like best? Applicant tracking made easy. Generating reports are also made more convenient because of the filters. Moreover, it helps in optimizing the recruitment process.
