Greenhouse overall has allowed me to complete my scheduling/interviewing tasks
What do you like best? The overall system is easy to work with and new users find it easy to use as well. What do you dislike? Currently cannot "schedule" individual tests to go out, which has been an issue since we do not sent tests in bulk. A system clearly not designed by anyone who has ever recruited.
What do you like best? Easy to schedule Hiring Manager interviews. What do you dislike? Horrific reporting and candidate search capabilities. Unless you subscribe to the highest tier you are forced to use their baked in reporting which is nearly useless. Finding a candidate that previously applied or attaching a prospect to a position that isn't open is nearly impossible. What do you like best? The ease of reviewing resumes and the flow of moving people from one step to the next. A straightforward ATS with an advanced Harvest API well suited for a mid sized organization
What do you like best? Greenhouse has a very intuitive, self explanatory UI, a very good API, absolutely competent success manager & a reliable support team. Greenhouse has a very strong set of partners. Wherever Greenhouse is falling short with regards to functionalities you generally work with one of their partners and can integrate those partner tools via the API credential management. What do you like best? My Account Manager is super responsive and very helpful. I havent been the easiest person to work with and she does a great job of getting me the info I need. Greenhouse made recruitment process more efficient.
What do you like best? Applicant tracking made easy. Generating reports are also made more convenient because of the filters. Moreover, it helps in optimizing the recruitment process. Great ATS!
What do you like best? UX and UI is great, lots of automation tools, easy to install, workflows are seamless What do you dislike? The private jobs feature was disabled, also there is no resource planning or headcount planning tool available - this would be a product that would really ensure Greenhouse is number one amongst competitors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation, candidate screening, offer processes etc
