What do you like best? We really trust Gradelink, as they previously hosted our old site and always do a great job with our school package we have through them. What do you like best? The email, voicemail and text functions and the CRM functionality. What do you dislike? The system does not remain within a child's record when moving from one tab to another (ie. financial tab to student tab. You must re-enter the child's last name and select the correct child. What do you like best? This was our school's first year on Gradelink and we got positive reviews from parents, students, and staff. They appreciated how user friendly it was and the options available. Customer service was excellent and response time was very prompt. Great product, worth the effort!

What do you like best? I love that Gradelink is mobile. I can make updates from my computer at school, my laptop at home or my phone if I’m out and about. Like with any software, there is a learning curve, but if you put the effort into the program who will really be pleased with the results. Great What do you dislike? Gradelink is great

What do you like best? Lots of information and data that saves us time. What do you dislike? Sometimes how to find what I need is a little confusing or I can't get to it without the help of the main center. I could not customize report cards the way that I would have liked. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having grades released to parents and students if tuition is not paid.
