Great customer service

What do you like best? Very good customer service, very helpful. The system has lots of "pieces" so it's good to have a customer service team that is responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? Some of the sections are a little unclear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to encourage people to leave reviews. So far no real benefits, but have only been using it for a month.
