This has been a very productive and agressive tool that the review world needs.

What do you like best? The fact that it continues to remind the customer through a series of 3 drips. It's enough to drive home the importance and reminder but isn't intrusive or too demanding. What do you dislike? I would rate this company a solid 10 if it could figure out a way to have so many campaigns end up in spam. What do you like best? The email follow-up drip campaigns requesting reviews from customers really help to increase the response rate. It's nice that you can add hundreds of customers to the system but only send out emails to a few a day so that you don't get a bunch of reviews at once--which would look like spam or fake reviews to the directories. Grade.US is a very powerful platform and easy to use

What do you like best? Very simple set up and the platform does what it needs to do, it gets reviews online quickly and easily. Highly recommend. What do you dislike? The email platform and setup is a bit complicated and the widgets could be made to much easier to configure. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting more reviews online from the platform than from any other platform we have used.

Excellent Service

What do you like best? One of my favorite features of the Grade.us system is the ability to utilize the funnel system (thumbs up/down, stars, etc).
