What do you like best about GPS Insight? I always know where my technicians are, especially if they are having trouble in the field locating a property What do you dislike about GPS Insight? It takes a bit of time to get a unit replaced if they have had battery issues on their trucks What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great tool for management to do payroll with. The techs are paid from home to home

"Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about GPS Insight? Customer service is always great on the phone. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? Time to schedule a tech to come out to fix and issue takes too long sometimes. Recommendations to others considering GPS Insight: Good choice if you need a good GPS service. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? saving on fuel efficiency since we can more easily see where our fleet is and make informed decisions.

We have had absolutely no problems with this program. We have had it for many years now, and there was maybe 1 time where we needed something adjusted, and were able to get tech help fairly quickly, and resolved via email. No hassles, it was nice! We used many functions of the program daily, all day long! Thank you!

Great product works as intended. Support could do a better job of explaining problems found and what they did to correct them. Local sales representatives would also be nice.
