What do you like best about GPS Insight? Ability to see the driver habits and reviewing the unmarked stops. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? Whenever there is an update to the system my profile configuration is always lost and I have to re program it. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? Watching drivers for speeding and stopping on the sides of the road billing time.

What do you like best about GPS Insight? When the monitors are working, we are able to determine more accurate timing for arrivals our customers What do you dislike about GPS Insight? The monitors are not always accurate. They go "Out of range" or get stuck at one location even thought the vehicle is no longer there. What do you like best about GPS Insight? The software is very real time and easy to use interface. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? So far, I have not found anything that I dislike about it. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? Very helpful with delivery locations and assisting drivers for deliveries.

What do you like best about GPS Insight? I like the ease of navigation the best. The site is very user friendly. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? It would be nice be be able to enter a canned like message for the landmarks. (i.e. when loading into the Garmin integration screen) What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? traffic/dispatch

What do you like best about GPS Insight? The customizable alerts and the option to track service history have been very valuable. The overall reporting customization and power is fantastic. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? There's not a lot to dislike. The only disappointment I have had was when our company's WEX fuel cards were transitioned to WEX/QT Fleetmaster cards, the fuel tracking did not stay aligned, and we lost that avenue for information. "GPS Insight makes operations a breeze"
What do you like best about GPS Insight? We always know where our assets are using this software. GPS Insight very rarely has any service interruptions. Their support team is phenomenal! They will work with you until you are 100% satisfied! Once you have 100% implementation, GPS Insight pays for itself. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? What do you like best about GPS Insight? The most helpful thing about GPS is that you get to see where the driver is compared to where they need to be. I can estimate to the customer when the technician will arrive. This makes our job easier and less calls to the driver in the field. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? What do you like best about GPS Insight? Customer service is always great on the phone. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? Time to schedule a tech to come out to fix and issue takes too long sometimes. Recommendations to others considering GPS Insight: Good choice if you need a good GPS service. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? saving on fuel efficiency since we can more easily see where our fleet is and make informed decisions.
