They make contact by email so that you can always get in touch with the same person who you were speaking with on the phone. What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Technical support. I have called numerous times which seemingly basic questions and tech support has spent hours on the phone with me responding to my satisfaction. Very pleased with technical support. I have had calls drop during a tech session and the tech ALWAYS reaches back out and stays with me until we find a solution.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The system is very full featured and gives us lots of flexibility, without the hassle of transferring lines, etc. It is perfect for our small company and employees who often work offsite. The Tech Support team is excellent -- very knowledgeable and helpful. I've never once stumped them with my questions or concerns.
