We've had problems with other VOIP providers, such as dropped calls, static, and silence. This, however, is not the case with GoTo Connect! I've never experienced static or dropped calls. What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It's a great option when working from home and having all calls forwarded to my laptop, so I don't have to use my cell. You can easily download the app to cell if/when needed. It's very intuitive, but the interface could be a little more user friendly. Voicemails appear right away and you can see your call history in an easy list view if you miss a call. You can also have voicemails for warded to email.
