What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Switching from our old on prem phone system was like entering the 21st century. It has so many new capabilities we didn't have before. The mobile app and software app are a great help.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Having a professional answering system is great. I have had many comments from clients that they find it easy to use. The automated texts are a great Feature. I like using the backend to make changes. I like to voicemail to text emails as well.

"Our Best VOIP Provider yet."
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? GoToConnect provides flexibility through different means to use your GoToConnect Account. Our non-technical users use a desk phones. Those more savy on-the-go users use the GoToConnect mobile app and take full advantage of Voicemail to email with transcription. From the Telcom-Admin side of things, the admin portal is easy to use, and I like being able to change the caller ID for a phone line when a new user is added to it.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Being able to reference a call regarding a dispute with a patient. Being able to audit calls and train staff in regards to verbiage, resolving patient questions, etc.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The most helpful thing about GoTo Connect (Grasshopper) is that they have phone plans on a budget. If you are a new business, this is very helpful.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The eas of set up was so easy. In no time we had call groups, schedules and priorities set up for a few different numbers we display to various customers.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I really have found it to be vital in maintaining communication with my clients. It's very helpful for clients to be able to text my business number and have multiple people on staff be able to see and respond to the texts. "Very easy to use and reliable"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Reliability and ease of use. Have connected from all over the world with no issues as long as I have internet. Also easy to transfer files. I have only used the VPN as a "competitor" so I cannot really say how they compare to others in the market.
