Google Sheets pros and cons
Google Sheets enables multiple users to edit and comment simultaneously, making it ideal for remote teams and cross-department projects.
With Gemini integration, users can generate formulas, detect patterns, and create visualizations quickly, reducing manual effort and errors.
It connects with tools like BigQuery, Looker, Salesforce, and Asana, allowing businesses to centralize and analyze data from multiple sources.
Accessible via web browsers, mobile apps, and offline mode, ensuring productivity from anywhere without interruptions.
Some advanced functions, such as complex macros or data modeling, remain more robust in Microsoft Excel.
Handling very large spreadsheets or millions of rows can lead to lagging and slower performance.

Extremely Useful
What do you like best? What I like so much about google sheets, is that it is just as helpful as excel, and it is linked to your google account which makes it easy to share, especially within the company. What do you dislike? It does take a while to figure out. There are so many things that you can do that it can feel overwhelming. Though once you figure out how to do it then it is fine. Also, I am not sure that I love the auto save feature, but at times it is convenient. ...

Google Sheets is easier than Excel!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to manage account ownership for my team. We also use it to track customer churn, and it is great to have a one stop shop for everything we need. What do you dislike? It does not automatically open if you have a CSV sheet - you have to go to file then new then upload in order to import it. It would be great if there was a way for it to automatically open or drag and drop without having the extra clicks. Recommendations to others ...

Easily share your work with team
What do you like best? Google sheets makes it incredibly easy to share your work with your team or anyone. There are great permissions settings that allow you to only share to specific people, to protect your work, as well as to only allow people to view your file. What do you dislike? I dislike only that some of the things I am used to using with Excel are different with Google Sheets. Sometimes I try to use the tools available with excel, and they don't work the same or are in a ...

Best collaborative tool out there
What do you like best? There are so many upsides to using Google Sheets, but let me give you my top 5 favorite features: 1. You can do almost anything in Google Sheets because it is Cloud-based. That means you can integrate it with Zapier, with other computer programs and online services. 2. Following that, you can also add features to Google Sheets that is not included originally. For example, I was having an issue because I was downloading bank statements and I needed the ...

Google Sheets review. Marcos
What do you like best? If someone assumed that in order to use excel, they must necessarily have a microsoft license, they do not know sheets. You have access by simply having a Google account. Sheets has all the functions of a traditional spreadsheet in office, with the advantage that it is stored in Drive, allowing you to access and edit content from any computer. What do you dislike? I couldn't really mention any function that I consider missing or disliked when working ...

Great Data Comparison Tool
What do you like best? I love using Google Sheets to compare student data. Its length allows me to track data throughout the year, so I can easily see progress from pre-tests through the end of the term. This is especially useful for large amounts of data. What do you dislike? When multiple contributors add to the same file, it can be difficult to track changes. If changes were tracked by color this could be easily identified. Ideally, it would be beneficial to be able to hide ...

Another great Google product!
What do you like best? Google Sheets is an amazing way to create spreadsheets that doesn't require a program. You can share them with others and watch updates from teammates in real-time. Plus it is free! What more could you want? What do you dislike? I wish you could make folders in Google Sheets to keep all of your spreadsheets organized and easier to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Google Sheets doesn't take up any ...

The perfect tool for collaborative spreadsheets
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to work side-by-side with teammates at a distance (so important right now) in capturing and manipulating data and information. Sharing this information in a clearly editable format is so intuitive and easy to learn/train. What do you dislike? Like most Google applications, the mobile apps lack a great deal of the online function. I move around a lot to do training, so I would love it if the iOS mobile apps were more functional. ...

Google Sheets Review
What do you like best? I like the ability to share and work with multiple users. The formatting is easy and sorting through the data can be a lot better than excel. What do you dislike? Google sheets does not allow for enough data to be stored. When dealing with extremely large files, I have to used excel. Multiple formulas on large files can slow the recalculation down. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend this program especially if users do ...
