What do you like best about Google Analytics? Perfectly scalable and a ridiculous value given vanilla GA is free. When you're large enough, transitioning into GA360 is easy. What do you dislike about Google Analytics? It can get slow on the free version, again, not a huge deal given what you get for $0.
