Great tool for data analysis.

What do you like best? Finally you can collect data and understand your customers behaviour ... anything you want/need to know, gooddata will tell you. What do you dislike? Complexity, in case of difficult data models you will need their support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Churn rate, reseller commissions etc.

What do you like best? When I first started using GoodData several years ago, their features were inline with the best of the (very few) cloud analytics platforms. Their support team also used to be top-notch. These days, you can count on 3-4 exchanges, across 2-4 days just to 'clarify' the issue. What do you dislike?
