What do you like best? Supports a lot of data and has great structure. It is very easy to create detailed reports using this platform. What do you dislike? Data loads are sometimes slower than preferred What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good Data

What do you like best? I think Good Data has very good interface What do you dislike? The Good Data deployments sometimes create a fragile site and updates take a while to load What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? There is lots to like from easy to read Quarterly breakdowns to Regional breakdowns and even better conversion rates and easy way to track (& graph) your momentum. Even better is the statistical analysis you can do! What do you dislike? The price, it's more than double (possibly triple depending on other BI systems) the costs of other BI software per user. What do you like best? its very organized software system that lets you see large numbers of data in one place What do you dislike? Great visualizations

What do you like best? The ability to create stellar charts, graphs, and visualizations in GoodData are my favorite features. What do you dislike? The backend of it, is not the easiest to figure out, and you do need an expert to help figure out the queries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I look at lots of YoY comparisons for different products. It is very helpful when trying to view data in different variants.

Good Data? Good Choice

What do you like best? I work closely with the data scientist to create queries based on what we need for our clients. Good Data easily tells us where errors are in our query and where we need to put our focus towards. The information is spit back out to us in a clean format that then can be dowloaded via Excel or PDF to avoid raw data to clients. What do you dislike? I do believe the interface can be cleaner. What do you like best? The ability to combine both internal and external data to grow revenue and be able to share data with direct reports. What do you dislike? I thought the interface wasn't as user friendly as it could have been, the ability to manipulate the data to have different looks was lacking. What problems are you solving with the product?
