What do you like best? The way is easy to create a dashboard and metrics. What do you dislike? I cannot write the metric name by typing and the reports are not so beautiful. Recommendations to others considering the product: GoodData is the easiest data visualization tool. Besides this, the performance using the cloud is incredible. What do you like best? I like the centralised metrics that can be created. I aslo like the ability to add in web content and add in text via the custom text editor. What do you dislike? There are not the same level of features as in other BI programs. A good example of this is the roundabout way that you need to calculate something rather basic like max(date). The BYOR (build your own reports) feature is suitable for the needs of entry level analysts and also offers senior level analysts all the requisite tools to analyze and present high level data.
