Bad service back end

Thanks you Samuel Benton for sorting this issue out and i am happy customer again I have been trying to get a rate reveiw for months and speak to some one about my account. I get a call back from sales team sayingt they can do anything and some one will call me been waiting for 9 call backs. - The product is easy to us but service is shocking when you want to look over the costs been a cusotmer for 3 years
