You have never taken any payments which is your problem.I was trying to do the right thing with my support but your company did not take the action that you should have done.I suggest that the air ambulance finds a different company that is efficient otherwise they could loose money from people like me that wanted to donate ...

Easy to use - Recommended.

Easy to use; been using it for 3 years for Monthly payments of subs for Golf Club - no problems at all.

Efficient and works well

Efficient and works well, a little expensive compared to direct debit, or bacs, but easy to administrate.

The search function could be improved

The search function could be improved. Space and especially capital letters should not be a problem when looking for a name.But for that, we like the product.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT RECOMMENDS AGAINST USING GO CARDLESS!

I am an accountant and would not recommend Go Cardless to any of my clients. I set up an account for my own business and the invoices that they email do not match with the summaries that they email. However the biggest problem is their lack of understanding of company structures and changes. They advised it would be a quick simple change to go from sole trader to limited company but a week later we are still trying to get it resolved. In the interim I cannot collect fees from my clients. ...
