PSD2 Nordigen - a nightmare after the acquisition

Referring to their open banking product (ex Nordigen, acquired in 2022). What was once a great product with excellent and very helpful customer support has become an absolute nightmare. Customer "Support" is closing tickets before even bothering to look at them. If you are looking for a PSD2 service provider, I highly recommend go look somewhere else.

Would definetely recommend GoCardless

Been with Gocardless years and taken a total of nearly 7000 payments with out any issues what so ever. would highly reckomend this for business owners. customer services is very easy to get in touch with and very pleasant. If i have had any minor query this has been dealt with straight away

Always great customer service

Always great customer service. Even when I face challenges with the system they always offer a workable solution. I like that I don't receive generic responses, but that they're tailored to my specific needs. I like that the team is following up with me to make sure I don't forget to take action and that they are keen on resolving the issue. Thank you, GoCardless Customer Service team!

bank account data dept. is pretty neat

Bank account data (former nordigen.com acquired by gocardless) does a great job with issues, that, unfortunately, occur in bank connections zoo. Were literally pinging the support ticket in some interval while awaiting answer from bank authorities; something fixable on their side seems to be fixed in days.
