PSD2 Nordigen - a nightmare after the acquisition

Referring to their open banking product (ex Nordigen, acquired in 2022). What was once a great product with excellent and very helpful customer support has become an absolute nightmare. Customer "Support" is closing tickets before even bothering to look at them. If you are looking for a PSD2 service provider, I highly recommend go look somewhere else.

Always great customer service. Even when I face challenges with the system they always offer a workable solution. I like that I don't receive generic responses, but that they're tailored to my specific needs. bank account data dept. is pretty neat

Bank account data (former nordigen.com acquired by gocardless) does a great job with issues, that, unfortunately, occur in bank connections zoo. Were literally pinging the support ticket in some interval while awaiting answer from bank authorities; something fixable on their side seems to be fixed in days.
