What do you like best? We use Canvas to record field service cases. The ability to build a different app, or form, for the various contracts we hold saves quite a bit of money. In the past we've always run into apps that can provide some of the support we need, but lack a key piece. What do you like best? We have tried other program but Canvas is hands down the most user friendly. What do you dislike? When the forms are completed I would like to see the dispatch name saved as a part of the file name. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
