Very Useful if you're a Gsuite User
What do you like best? Really adds great features to Gsuite especially if you're using it as a group inbox. Task delegation is simple & the Android app is a bonus for accessing the same features on Android. What do you dislike? Would be nice to see in the future a GSuite add-on so that you can access the features from the native Gmail app. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great price for shared inbox & small team management. What problems are you solving ...

Reliable, Beautiful and Well-Balanced
What do you like best? Within a beautiful design, Gmelius offers an excellent balance between simplicity and variety of features. It's constantly improving as well — without sacrificing the simple user experience that makes it so valuable. In the rare instances that I've required support, they have responded promptly and helpfully. What do you dislike? Gmelius experiences occasional bugs, but noticeably fewer than Gmelius competitors. Such bugs are inevitable for a product that's ...

Great start with room for improvement
What do you like best? The best feature of Gmelius is its simplified shared inbox management – a feature that Google has yet to implement (beyond Google Groups). What do you dislike? Gmelius is sometimes a little buggy. So far, we've had occasional problems with emails not sending. Furthermore, our team has unintentionally shared emails internally from time to time. No biggie, but not ideal for larger teams where this might be a problem. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great concept, horrible execution.
What do you like best? I really like the concept behind it. The sales team is very good at pitching the concept, but the implementation never worked for us after months of trying to get it to work. What do you dislike? The concept doesn't pull through in the actual execution. We had nothing but problems when we put Gmelius into play. Emails were going to random places in the Gmail boxes that were not easy to be found, so things were getting missed. Recommendations to others ...

Great for a business starting out
What do you like best? It includes a great selection of features at a more reasonable price than competitors. It isn't open source software, but development is done in the open, with users able to vote and comment on issues. For a business that's just starting out and is looking for something lightweight, cost-effective, and feature-rich, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this. What do you dislike? Gmelius doesn't scale as well once your company reaches a certain size. It's ...
