Really simple email tracking!
What do you like best? Really the best feature is that you can know (1) if your email was read and (2) how many times it was read. You simply KNOW more and that's much less than knowing nothing (which is the current status quo). What do you dislike? Sometimes things just stop working in the browser, we've had some back and fourth with support on this... What do you like best? Everything I need to track and run email campaigns from within my inbox. Easy to set up and use. Great support from the Gmelius team who are quick to respond and keen to improve. What do you dislike? The search feature for template emails craps the bed occasionally. Great tool, a game-changer in fact.
What do you like best? I am now able to set a sequence of emails so nothing gets forgotten about and I don't spend all day chasing for candidates’ and companies’ replies. Set the sequence and its all automated. Easy to use and the few times I've had to contact support for help I found them very attentive. All good! What do you dislike? Occasional freezes, so I need to refresh the page but this only happens once a fortnight. And maybe it's a Chrome issue and not Gmelius. It's hard to ...

Efficiently Enhancing My Work Flow
What do you like best? Something that I think is so valuable when it comes to Gmelius is the customization. Being able to really get the schedule of sequences together along with the actions taken on those emails sent really helps with the flow of emails between clients and services. Also, I really do enjoy the follow-up feature that let's me "set it and forget it" when I send a reply and it pops back up in a few days to follow up with the addressee. What do you dislike? Amazing, simple and features that I couldn't find anywhere else.
What do you like best? That I can simply run mail merges (campaigns) and also chase people who don't respond (sequences) easily and it works amazingly. What do you dislike? The software can have a few UI bugs, but you learn them pretty quickly and can move on. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just do it, well worth the money, time and effort. What do you like best? I am able to track every step that every customer takes through the booking process in the company. It is simple to learn, streamlined, and extremely organized. really easy to use, all that i need in my email
What do you like best? its all in one extension. first you have to love the kanban space. not only can set A board you can set as many as you wish. then you have the reminder system, that makes you never forget an email, and never drop the ball. and finally the best part the sequences are awesome, once they are ready you just click and the template comes, you fill just a few blanks, and click send. then depending on certain conditions you can resend email, or send a response, ...

Great for a business starting out
What do you like best? It includes a great selection of features at a more reasonable price than competitors. It isn't open source software, but development is done in the open, with users able to vote and comment on issues. For a business that's just starting out and is looking for something lightweight, cost-effective, and feature-rich, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this. What do you dislike? We looked at other solution but Gmelius proved to be the right one for us and at a cost competitive
