A great way to manage your global interactions between you and your customers
What do you like best? You know instantly who consulted you email, how long ago, and if someone already responded to one of your clients. Helps a lot to be reactive and proactive. Makes gmail a powerhouse
What do you like best? I love the fact that I can track email while at the same time blocking tracking coming from senders. The ability to snooze my email is also a HUGE plus. When I dont have time to act on an important email, I just snooze it until a time I expect that I can work on it. What do you dislike? Small note, but having to re-login every time I reset my browser is a bit of a pain. I wish there were a means of automating that. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great product with awesome features!
What do you like best? The Shared Labels feature has been a lifesaver to our organization. What do you dislike? Emailing support questions can take a while to receive responses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Missed communication between our teams has been resolved thanks to Gmelius. The ability to see when an email has been responded to and by whom has proven to be a valuable asset.

Excellent Tools for Communicating, Tracking
What do you like best? I like best how Gmelius interfaces with Gmail. I especially find the templates tool to be useful. I use it a lot for sending messages to the editorial board members, potential authors, and authors for the journal for which I am general editor. I also use it for sending various kinds of recruiting emails to potential students in our graduate program. What do you dislike? The structure of the plans or perhaps the names of the plans. Great potential, works better than anything else we've tried
What do you like best? The ability to assign emails to sales reps is the #1 reason why we use it. The notes section has been very useful as well. We use it a lot to communicate with our sales team. I also have notifications turned on for the mobile app so I can see as soon as someone reads an email or makes a note on an assigned email. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Scheduled send in the future deal with tomorrow's problems today. No need for a to do list Just do it. Gmelius What do you dislike? No zapier integration. What do you like best? The best thing about it is that it works natively in Gmail without a ton of delay. It integrates nicely and lets me use my Gmail inbox the way I set it up.
