Gmelius Is Wonderful
What do you like best? I would have to say the thing I love most about Gmelius is the templates. Gmelius allows for variables and not just ones created by Gmelius but ones that the user can create as well. Having the ability to share templates with your team as well as labels is also very handy and makes the workflow consistent. It is a great app to use for collaborating within a team.
What do you like best? It is a great tool for team collaboration. The shared labels really helps us to get things sorted easier. I personally have not tried the other features yet but the tool seems to have a lot that can be very useful when working in an organization. The support team was helpful and accommodating. Useful for a smaller team
What do you like best? I like the templates and how easy it is to share them, I like the sequences feature. What do you dislike? I don't find it very intuitive when I'm working out of my personal inbox. It's not easy to apply templates within an inbox - also I can't send a sequence if I don't have a CSV. Love Gmelius - So helpful
What do you like best? Schedule send feature and templates!!!!! What do you dislike? There seem to be some bug issues that cause you to reload your browser before being able to send an email, but easy to fix! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving time management and efficiency.

Great customer experience
What do you like best? I use Gmelius for the simplest of its capabilities, email opening tracking. As I work in B2B, it's critical to understand email openings in order to assess any given campaign or account. What do you dislike? I have occasionally had problems, such as getting a "read" indication when I opened a message myself. Super helpful & informative!
What do you like best? I personally love the templates! It makes it so easy to plug it in when I compose an email and it saves me so much time, you can even have someone automatically copied each time you send! I also love that the sight is easy to navigate and it is just all around helpful that I can see if my communication has been received, particularly on time sensitive matters. What do you dislike? Improved our workflow dramatically
What do you like best? I love the shared inbox and ticketing system that allows us to share emails between team members. The note and team tagging features helps team members communicate no matter how many different projects we have going on. The easy ticket assignment makes it easy for us to handle sales, customer support, and more. The pricing per user is also very reasonable. What do you dislike? Could not work without it
What do you like best? Gmelius allows transparency as a team... What do you dislike? Nothing! Gmelius is amazing. A********** What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are now able to have greater visibility of the whole teams emails. Improving efficiency and providing a better service and response time to clients across the board.
