"Easy to use, quick to organise email."

What do you like best about Gmelius? The email delegation tools are spot on for job allocation and allow users to work independently with duplication of work load.

A tool easy to understand and use

What do you like best? Its ease of use and the fact that it gets installed with a few clicks is what sets it apart. What do you dislike? Accuracy of email tracking. It was sometimes not very accurate and would show duplicate values. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Analyzing prospect behavior towards my emails

What do you like best? I like the ability to collaborate with other team members and effectively manage our support inbox. The App is great for staying connected while being away from your computer, in example, traveling or running errands... What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to put "notes" on emails and to share labels with co-workers is great. Gemlius has helped my team 100%

What do you like best? Being able to organize incoming emails to specific team members has helped us make our process more efficient. It also helps us that no emails go unanswered. The ticketing system is great because we can assign the client's question to the department that has the best answer for them. Being able to set the status of the emails is helpful as well! Definitely Recommend

What do you like best? Tracking opens and clicks as well as sharing/tagging team members. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything at the moment that I don't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking whether someone has opened my sales emails and quickly designated the appropriate team member when an email comes in.
