Not impressed with Blazej

Not impressed with senior management. Although I've had good service from the tech team this company is very unreasonable and mis sold and mis-advertised the deal I got. For the first 2 weeks I had no IP to even send emails so it didn't work as a service. Refund or discount on following month was refused. Blazej being the one that is more rigid than a rock on this. For a new customer i was suprised to be treated like that and am already looking elsewhere for this dishonesty.

Signed up, then realised it was going to be significantly more expensive than my current provider, assumed I'd get a pro rata refund - but no. Immediately customer service are quoting their terms and conditions, it's not really about the money, as soon as a company has a pre packaged response quoting T&C's you know they get this a lot.
