Don't let them steal your money!! Awful service. I sent a single campaign from a purchased list after registering. Having committed to the platform and purchased a year I then had to purchase a an upgrade for the number of subscribers. They immediately suspended the account because of a high number of unsubscribes. They provided no explanation. A couple of weeks later they announced they would close the account. Bad customer support...

The site is easy to use but as soon as there is a technical or billing problem, the customer support leaves something to be desired... The only good point is the chat support, very responsive but it only takes care of small problems, nothing very technical. I think this part is under processed.
