**Nicht zu empfehlen für Email-Marketing**Teilweise wartet man über eine Woche auf eine Antwort. Egal, ob auf englisch oder deutsch. Der Support ist auch im 2 & 3 lvl sehr inkompetent. Sehr wichtige Email-Marketing-Tools und andere Anbindungen funktionieren einfach nicht. Für den Gebrauch für E-Mail-Marketing leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Lieber ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben und zu einem Anbieter gehen, der hält, was er verspricht.

They just blocked our company's account without any explanation and stole $499 we paid for another month of usage. Saying that this is under their T&C. Please refund the money or restore the account.The worst customer service I've ever seen.

What do you like best? I appreciate the consistent CAN-SPAM compliance monitoring as well as the regular check ins with my rep to ensure we are staying compliant. My rep has been exceptional and I have had the same CSR since 2017 which is a rarity with any platform. My CSR takes exceptional notes so when a teammate steps in they continue seamlessly.
