GETRESPONSE taking money from cancelled account Mar-20…

After cancelling my account March 2020 and writing a review about their poor service, GETRESPONSE [Auto-funnel] continued to take money from our credit card. It is now September 2020: 5 payments of EUR40.50 have been taken without permission and we are now reporting them to the credit card company - no emails notifying of payments taken were even recieved.

Never give them your debit card as they will continue to charge you even after written requests to cancel

I notified this company by email in April 2020 that I wanted to close my account and requested they not attempt to charge any more monthly payments. They cotinued to do so and I wrote again in July - with the same result - they kept charging my debit card. After sending another email I am told that - as per the small print hidden in the T&C - they do not accept written instructions to cancel and that I have to do so via my online account. SCAMMERS ALERT! charged me 145$ while I don't even know their name!

Hackers / Identity Thieves

I don't know what this site is supposed to be, I didn't click on the link. I just know it app.getresponse.com was the base address used by spammers/hackers pretending to be PayPal. I cut-n-pasted the address into a text editor instead of following it so I could see where it went to. Can I give less than 1 star??? Their platform is about as fast as dial-up, and there customer service is the same speed, if you get any! I tried to cancel and they charged me $20 instead! And told me that they don't offer refunds. Do yourself a HUGE favour, if you are considering using GetResponse, don't!
