"Helpful staff when in doubt"

What do you like best about GetResponse? I like how straightforward the email automation setup is. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Waiting on the response from a staff. However, they were present and patient with me. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? When I joined up for their affiliate program. Changing my affiliate password was my problem. It's already pre created for me as I was suggested to update it.

Terrible customer service

The autoresponder and email marketing aspect is decent but their customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. They charged me an extra $134 without even asking when I tried to downgrade my account and refused me a refund even with evidence that I did not authorize the transaction. Avoid like the plague.
