"Great for sending targeted group emails"

What do you like best? GetResponse has lots of features and does what it's supposed to. What do you dislike? We had some difficulties with low open rates and found that customer service was somewhat slow to respond. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using GetResponse for targeted email campaigns.

Getresponse is a no response

Getresponse blocked my account with no reason. When I emailed and called, they told me it was a compliance issue. It has been a week and they have not called me back. This is before I am a customer yet. What happens when they already have my money?

I could not get any customer service to…

I could not get any customer service to assist me with anything, the ads for their program states it’s for beginners and so easy to use. This is a false statement! You will have to know how to code or have extensive IT experience. I signed up for this reason along with getting most of their products! No help setting up no help getting items integrated, you are on your own! I had numerous emails into customer service and literally had one of there CS people admit it is difficult to use.

What do you like best? Easy templates. Complex automations become simple. What do you dislike? The drag and drop template tools can be VERY slow. That's maddening when you have to make edits. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to connect with my customers and track their actual interests.
