"Great email marketing tool"
What do you like best? Customer service. I had needed to reach out to customer service several times to help me through some setup challenges. Each time they have responded immediately and accurately. What do you dislike? Set up was a little challenging for a nonprofit. Working through a third-party vendor to establish credibility seems counter-intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take a moment to set up a trial account and play around with the product. What ...

"Excellent Customer Service & Platform"
What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the detailed reporting system that provides me with statistics for every email in my autoresponder. I am also able to add sub-headings that increase my open rates and clicks. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I've yet to run into any major issues except for a billing misunderstanding. The billing department took care of it within 24 hours, so it ended up being a good experience. Recommendations to others considering GetResponse: I ...

"Beginner Friendly SoftwareFor your online Marketing"
What do you like best? Getresponse has some of the features when it comes to email automation. I have been using Getresponse for a couple months now after trying out many other services, and very happy with service. What do you dislike? The only feature I will like them to improve upon is the drag and drop builder. When you create a landing page you still have to design one for the mobile view. Would like the system to auto create the initial landing page for mobile view. Recommendations to ...

READ THE TERMS or lose your money
The functionality of the platform is decent. Not gonna comment further on that, because it did what I wanted it to do. Until my account was terminated that is.I made the mistake of not carefully reading the Terms and Conditions. My newsletters touched a topic they blacklisted in their terms.Getresponse waited a couple of days after I upgraded from a free trial to a one year plan to terminate my account. As per the terms I will not be given a refund.
