"Great service, great value"

What do you like best about GetResponse? GR offers excellent value. It's a great service with lots of tools. What do you dislike about GetResponse? There are issues with some email service providers, some confirmation emails don't make it to subscribers. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Email marketing is our primary - and most important - sales tool. Our email list is our most important asset, and GetResponse has overall good email deliverability.

The fact that you can't remove the 60-second sending delay. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Email delivery is more efficient with GR than using a hosted mail server.

"Easy to use, well integrated app"

What do you like best about GetResponse? I find GetResponse extremely easy to use, both for email lists and creating newsletters. The phone app is excellent and shows all necessary data. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Unfortunately, their predesigned templates are boring and old fashioned. Also, no "keep me signed in" option. Constantly signing in is cumbersome. What do you like best about GetResponse? It has a wide array of features - from basic emailing to automation to landing pages to webinars etc. In that sense it is very developed. What do you dislike about GetResponse? It feels to me like really overpriced and they keep taking away features from lower plans. "Works well for email newsletters"

What do you like best about GetResponse? Pretty easy to use, can save templates, and emails don't seem to end up in spam very much. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Hard to make a newsletter look like a regular email, with text starting on left. Hard to edit because there are little tabs on left had side covering text. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Emailing many people at once. Email looks like regular email... almost.

What do you like best? Very easy to use, it has great training courses to improve digital marketing. What do you dislike? There are not too many things I dislike.
