What do you like best? GetResponse is simple to use, in my opinion. I am a new affiliate marketer, and GetResponse is the first autoresponder I purchased. Whenever I run into a problem, I can quickly receive support and immediate assistance by using "chat 24/7." The customer success agents are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. What do you dislike? "Excellent Customer Service & Platform"
What do you like best? I like the detailed reporting system that provides me with statistics for every email in my autoresponder. I am also able to add sub-headings that increase my open rates and clicks. What do you dislike? I've yet to run into any major issues except for a billing misunderstanding. What do you like best? Getrespons has a very clean, modern design. What do you dislike? A bit high price when it comes to subscription options. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you like software with a great design and powerful features, this is the one to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love how easy it is to connect my Woocommerce online shop with Getresponse. My customers are automatically added to my GR database.

What do you like best? Ease of configuration and setting up lists along with built in tools to create web pages and funnels. Also the customer service. What do you dislike? Creating newsletter layout is sometimes not as intuitive as I'd like. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great software at a great price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to maintain customer lists and keep them informed on my products.

What do you like best? The design features to make emails look as appealing as possible. What do you dislike? The fact that you can't remove the 60-second sending delay. What do you like best? I find GetResponse extremely easy to use, both for email lists and creating newsletters. The phone app is excellent and shows all necessary data. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, their predesigned templates are boring and old fashioned. Also, no "keep me signed in" option. Constantly signing in is cumbersome. What do you like best? I liked the customer service support of getresponse. Their agents are very helpful and fast to respond.
