"Great option from basic to advanced users"
What do you like best about GetResponse? They offer plans based on your current business needs and the option to upgrade as your email list expands. Their fees are very competitive. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The fact that if you change your mind after 1 year, you don't get a refund if you've paid for 3 years in advance for example. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching an audience, figuring out what they like reading and what they click on.

Loving it so far! One suggestion though...
Loving it so far! The only suggestion I can say is putting a TikTok button in with the social media buttons (In the Website builder). The reason I recommend this is that marketers are turning towards TikTok heavily to promote products and services. Especially myself starting to use it to promote my niche.

"GetResponse Features Galore"
What do you like best? Building out the automation and scheduling is very easy to do and keeps me organized. Having the ability to easily build templates and send out daily newsletters or broadcasts is a quick and simple process. What do you dislike? I would like to see dropdown and split testing in the automation section. I like a flowchart-type system and that is not available. Other than that the complete Getrespons e platform is great to use. What problems are you solving with the ...

"Easy to use with lots of features"
What do you like best about GetResponse? The best feature must be the 'drag and drop'. Using this feature makes creating emails from scratch easy. Although achieving a mix of one and two columns can be challenging, once masted is easy. You can always reuse previous emails or store them as templates. The Chat support is also very good, quick and clear answers. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I don't think there's anything I dislike. Recommendations to others considering ...

"Good email host, nice features, reasonable price"
What do you like best? Setting up email newsletters or campaigns is easy and the drag and drop email design is nice. I use this to email my house list weekly, as well as create drip campaigns for webinars or leadmagnets. (also a nice functionality of the plus level) What do you dislike? Sometimes it's hard to find screens or areas within the program. But, the tech support is pretty responsive and helpful, though not always in perfect English, but it works. What problems are you solving with ...

"Good tool, user experience can be improved"
What do you like best? I love that GetResponse offers many functions, even very sophisticated. I also love it's available in Italian! What do you dislike? The user experience can be improved. Some functions are "hided" where you don't expect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing automation to engage better my contacts.
