It's terrible!
I have problems with the modules and I can't work with my e-commerce! I wrote e-mails, talked twice with customer care and also had contact with live chat. They managed me but still nobody solved the problems and nobody called me! I can't believe it. :-( Silvio

Get Response Rocks!
Get Response Rocks! I LOVE Get Response for many reasons: 1. It’s easy to use 2. There is so much training on how to use the features (videos, guides, etc) 3. The customer service team is really responsive, professional and friendly 4. Get Response conveys that they want to help me be successful. An example of this is the 3 and 6 month challenge they’re running on how to build your list 5. The pricing is reasonable. 6. They have some great functionality that other CMS don’t (e.g. the ...

Great platform that allows me to perform and manage all my online marketing activities in one place. They have a powerful landing page creator fully integrated with email marketing and forms. Love the user experience and cool email and squeeze page templates.

"Easy to use, love the chat support"
What do you like best about GetResponse? The chat support is what keeps me here. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I have several different campaigns and I get a bit confused as to how they have all of that organized. I also have found incorporating a landing page or capture page to ...
