"Take care of cancellation period"
What do you like best about GetResponse? their support was quite responsive via Chat. Liked that much. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I´m p***ed off, as the only way they offered online to end paid contract was to delete the account. You pay upfront a month, and the only option is to delete an account. Of course, they will refund it after manual inquiry, but what is this for a policy? Recommendations to others considering GetResponse: be aware once you pay, you´ll hardly get off ...

Unfounded lock my account.
Enjoyed the service for about a year., All arranged, working with multiple accounts, worked with both private subscribers and set up the e mail marketing turnkey other accounts. Background: In my own base there were only 1,500 people assembled completely legal ways, about 600 subscribers I imported during the transition to a service with previous service PechkinMeyl, the remaining 900 - 90% has been added to API tools with my sites. 10% I added by hand when the man informed me my emails on ...

"No good response from Get Response"
What do you like best about GetResponse? Seemed like a good program at first glance What do you dislike about GetResponse? So I signed my small business up for their free trial and quickly learned that my existing database was slightly larger than the trial version would accommodate. I called their customer support number and was told to use the system with my full database would require I sign up to try it or just input part of my database and not all of it for the free trial version. I ...

"GetResponse is a Solid Email Marketing Service Provider"
What do you like best about GetResponse? One of the best aspects about GetResponse is its very user-friendly interface. It is easy for individuals with poor design or technology skills to send out an eBlast to their list of subscribers. There are built in surveys, easy ways to segment lists, and hundreds of pre designed templates ready to go. I do like that on the higher end GetResponse packages, you get a dedicated account manager to help you with your goals and with any questions you have ...

"Great expeariance. "
What do you like best about GetResponse? It's not often that one finds a training program as full of unexpected surprises as The GetResponse. It is an initiative and simple to follow a program that isn't afraid to have you thinking outside the box. The instructions are to the point and easy to follow. The real story is just how much the hard work you put into this program pays off. What do you dislike about GetResponse? At some points, if you already have an integrated marketing plan ...

Asked for Gov. Photo ID AFTER I payed/signed up & suspended my services, BS
Trying to launch a new blog, I signed up with GetResponse (not knowing any better) . Everything seemed fine until the day after I signed up, I had received an email saying that my account was being put on 'hold' because something on their end flagged my account (?) and in order to access my account, I needed to scan a piece of GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID. Of course I didn't feel right about it, I asked them for help and advised that I wasn't comfortable with the idea and didn't remember ...

"Too Many Critical Flaws to Be a Viable Marketing Automation Option"
What do you like best about GetResponse? In concept, this system appears to have everything a company would need to satisfy a wide variety of marketing automation requirements. It seems to check all the boxes. But when you look deeper, you realize there are serious flaws that make it worthwhile for those with very basic requirements. If you need to get leads created in GetResponse into SFDC, don't bother. It's not going to happen. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The online tech ...

"Every thing is almost good, but its content editor"
What do you like best about GetResponse? Flexibility of contact managment It's good that we can customize contact field and the contact query is also detailed. Mailing Process is fluent and function is comprehensive I have used Mailchimp before. On Mailchimp you only can sen one newsletter to a specific group, not like GetReponse that it can send to many and also allow me to sen to specific conditioned group. Its send-timing control is good and detailed as well. Detailed newsletter ...
