What do you like best about GetResponse? Generally the ease of use and very intuitive and user-friendly UI. The pricing is fair and competitive compaired to similar SaaS solutions. What do you like best about GetResponse? get response has allowed me to be able to send out easy communication to my email list and easily connects through API to my sale funnel pages. I am able to communicate with my list and it allows for greater commissions, it also allows to send additional information to consumers on my products and open up multiple streams of income :) What do you dislike about GetResponse? What do you like best about GetResponse? Drag and drop templates like any regular mailing service. What do you dislike about GetResponse? They terminated my account the same day that I upgraded from the free trial to their 5,000 paid subscription. They did not try to resolve the issue and would not return the money due to their pilicies. Terrible customer service, constant bags in templates (have to reload page several times to get some features to work). Recommendations to others ...

Terrible Service - RIPOFF

Terrible Service! Had no issues while using free trial, but they terminated my account the same day that I upgraded to their paid subscription service and would not return the money due to their policies. Think twice before signing up.

What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the look of the website. Once you get used to how GetResponse works you can easily find your way around. I like how customer service is available pretty much 24/7 and they are always very friendly and very courteous. What do you like best about GetResponse? I think the best use of this product is the automation feature. You are able to really setup complex marketing campaigns.
