I signed up for a 30 day trial and they switched me to the "new and improved" dashboard which completely locked me out of my account and displayed a perpetual loading screen with errors in the console. GetResponse is by far the worst company I’ve come across. They don’t live up to their name. They “sell” the service of getting response but they are not responsive at all - especially when it comes to issues. They have very UNFAIR subscription policy that does not refund their customers. Example: subscription charged by GetResponse on June 1st for the whole month of June. But then, you don’t want that service anymore.
